are out of balance because of heredity and environment. Many seek to bring all into balance.

Humanity comes from tribal consciousness, with seven results:
- Misidentification: Assuming things without checking.
- Dualistic Thinking: Moralistic dualism, good and evil, right and wrong, black and white with
few shades of gray. Separations are based on: Gender, wealth, race, ethnicity, nationalism, religion,
age, abilities, physical capabilities...
- Diversion: Energy leaks; "energy vampires." Real energy is suppressed, siphoned off or trapped. Follow-through toward vision and purpose is limited. Many succumb to lethargy and
seek status thru recognition, sex, money, consumption...
- Delusion: Denial, lying and projection of "weakness" and "fault" upon others.
- Conformity: Choosing to live within comfort zones.
- Negative Emotions predominate: Fear, guilt, shame, wounds, scars, sickness, betrayal, deep-seated
fear and pressure-cooker anger.
- Shadow: The creative energy of one's shadow is suppressed or projected upon another/others
rather than faced, exposed, felt and expressed. One sees good guys and bad, friends & enemies. Afraid to live or lives vicariously through others.
