If the Effects... Of your mind/bodywork sessions don't last as long as you'd like, the first probable cause is that you don't have the nutritional basis to support a higher vibration!
2) You can understand your body's nutritional needs in the same light. Maybe you expect your body to perform at a "$30,000 nutritional level," but you're only investing "$25,000." You run a debt in your current account. Since nutritional patterns don't change quickly -- we tend to eat foods that taste good, regardless how good they are for us -- you'll probably repeat the same pattern over many years. No wonder your body is exhausted by the time you hit 40! If you run up an annual deficit at the rate of "$5,000" every year for 40 years, you'll have a cumulative "debt" of "$200,000!" Get the idea? 3) Your body needs a good nutritional program just for daily energy. 4) Suppose you decide it's important to dedicate yourself to a natural healing program. You'll need a superior nutritional program if that's your goal! 5) Hopefully, now you'll understand why it's unlikely for you to get enough outstanding nutrition to support daily energy and also a healing program unless you have a superb diet and nutritional program. You'll probably need some supplements! Just as a strong building needs a sound foundation, your healing program needs the foundation of a great nutritional program. The foundation only accounts for 10% of the project, but if the foundation runs on deficit spending, the building will be weak. 6) Once agin, eating a healthy diet gives you energy for daily activities. If your energy is lower than you'd like, your diet isn't adequate to support your daily needs -- much less than adequate to support the correction of previous deficiencies. 7) You'll need more nutrition than what you get in a healthy diet to support a powerful healing program! 8) Chances are your diet isn't perfectly healthy, to begin with (mine isn't). It's not if it doesn't consist mostly of fresh and raw, uncooked fruits and vegetables... And in addition, if you haven't always eaten a healthy diet... It's unlikely that you'll have adequate nutrition to support the energy-consuming healing process. 9) Now do you understand why you're so tired at the end of a long day? (Contrary to what you may think, the primary reason isn't that you're getting older and "wearing out.") 10) One important "fuel" the body needs to support healing is minerals! It is the substance of the mineral kingdom that "revs up" electrons in the cellular atomic structure of your body. It's colloidal-size (tiny) "rock" particles that can increase your body's electronic activity! Also essential with them: An abundance of digestive enzymes are required before your body can utilize the minerals. 11) If you want to be superbly healthy, you need to give your body all 90 or so essential nutrients! Stands to reason, doesn't it? If a nutrient is essential, you've got to have it to maintain health. Maybe you'll get along without it for a year or two. Maybe longer. But eventually, your body will miss it, and something won't work as well as it should. The five categories of essential nutrients are: 12-1) Digestive Enzymes and Lymphatic Enzymes. Digestive enzymes -- the building blocks to a good nutritional program -- support a high level of daily energy. To also support a healing objective, add lymphatic enzymes. Without an abundance of enzymes, your body has difficulty converting the food you eat into energy or breaking down co-enzyme minerals to support effective healing. Many people, it seems, believe the pancreas stops secreting enzymes when you take supplements. Listen to your body! If your energy level and health aren't everything you desire, your pancreas needs help. After years of doing the best it can, the pancreas's enzyme reserve may be exhausted by digesting cooked, refined, frozen, and processed foods -- as well as animal-based proteins. (Cooking at 110 degrees F or higher destroys enzymes in fruits and vegetables.) Early symptoms of low enzymes -- no matter how old you are -- include low energy, limited stamina, impaired immunity, allergies, poor wound healing, skin problems, and mood swings. Consider taking at least two Super Food N-Zymes, available through Enzymes International distributors, at the beginning of each meal. They are derived from specially-selected strains of vegetation and prepared under quality culture conditions. Saturation means you'll gradually increase the intake of colloidal minerals to (first step) the equivalent of one-half ounce a day per 10 pounds that you weigh -- considered a daily maintenance level. Second step: To support extraordinary healing... That is, to support lasting results from a powerful mind/bodywork session such as OMAR's... You may want to gradually double that intake for each of several days before your session to the equivalent of one ounce of colloidal minerals per 10 pounds that you weigh. As an example of how you can build up intake: For your first or second mind/bodywork session, counting from the number of days before your session, take one ounce of liquid the fifth day before, two ounces the fourth day, three ounces the third day, four ounces each the day before and the day of your session. To prepare for ensuing sessions, gradually increase until you're taking the recommended amounts -- at least one-half ounce per day per 10 pounds of weight, and optimally, up to twice that amount. (If you weigh 150 pounds, 7 1/2 ounces of liquid daily is your maintenance level; 15 ounces daily is your saturation amount.) 12-3) The full array of Vitamins - A, B Complex, C, D, and E - in natural form (no ascorbic acid). We described enzymes and minerals in some depth, and listed the other three categories. 18) You also need an abundance of good-quality water -- the equivalent of one-half ounce per day per pound that you weigh. Gradually increase to that level. Example: If you weigh 150 pounds, that's 75 ounces of water - about nine eight-ounce glasses. Add another glass to compensate for each cup of cola, tea, or coffee -- even more if you drink an occasional alcoholic beverage. (Except for herbal teas, none of these are recommended.)
