Four levels are offered by OMAR! Please identify which experience you would like. Intention is the key! Normally, we'll begin with Level 1 and move on as you're ready.

Level 1: Reiki-Polarity-OM-FREE- Massage! An incredibly relaxing, feel-great experience. Reiki energizes from the inside out. Polarity balances your energies where you're "off." OM-FREE helps you quickly release tension (blocked energy) from mind and body! Massage soothes from the outside in. A "Massage-Plus-Plus" experience!

Level 2: Powerful Mind/Bodywork! "Moving toward shift." You've probably never experienced anything quite so wonderful as a Level 1. Perhaps it's enough. When you're ready for more, we'll add Breath Work... Acupressure...Trigger-Point...Gentle Rocking... Guided Imagery with Lights and Colors... a Metaphysical Exploration as to how each creates one's personal realities... Level 2 is appropriate when you want support the release of mental, emotional, energetic and physical "tight spots" in your life!

Level 3: Mind/Bodywork! Want to break a dysfunctional mind/body pattern, once and for all? Level 3 "pulls out all the stops." You'll get Level I and II integrations, plus an array of spiritual, energetic, mental, emotional and bodywork tools to help you integrate a "shift!" See the full list of OM-FREE integrated modalities. Tell us what you'd like! Integrations may include... Working in the name of GOD/Higher Power...Aromatherapy... Auric work... Toning... Rite of Passage... Guided emotional release...Body Electronics point-holding...Cranial-sacral...NMR-Neural-Mental Release (like EMDR)... More! We'll seek to engage the interconnected matrix that leads to your "problem" on all levels. The work evolves. Amazingly, each person receives exactly what s/he needs! Level 4: Mentoring. Suggested for professionals who wish to integrate new modalities into client styles and sessions. You'll be worked on as any client. We'll add soft verbal communication so that you may "feel and listen" simultaneously... If you like, you may practice on another person, and receive feedback.

Your session with OMAR! and/or GLORIA has the potential to significantly enhance your life. Our preparations started more than 25 years ago and have included thousands of hours of training and practice to "get things right!" A lot is involved.

Greeting. Your comfort and welcoming are of great importance. Thirsty? Wish to use the bathroom before you start? Let's take a few minutes to greet.

Objectives. Will invite you to communicate what type of experience you may want. "Go with the flow" or a more structured experience? Your sharing will enhance our intuitive response to support you. Do you seek a relaxing experience, and/or transforming mind/bodywork? Gentle talk as we work? If you come with a child or partner, want description of how-to's so you can practice at home?

Environment. Room temperature. Cozy, attractive setting. Quality music system. A chance to choose your favorite music. A comfortable massage table, with a face cradle. Support for ankles, knees, and chest. Possible enhancements such as imbedded crystals or crystals beneath the table, for added energy. A lit candle to pull away energies you're ready to release. Soft lighting. Kleenex and a pail nearby in case you're ready to release emotions.

Introductions. First words establish further rapport. You're asked to fill out a single sheet on your first appointment to provide us with a record of who you are and any challenges/opportunities. We'll discuss a possible sequence for the session. As to attire, our work is as conservative as you choose. We want you to feel comfortable! A therapeutic intention is shared. Face up or down first? We leave the room as you get ready. Key Elements of a Session may include:

Touch -- the reason you came, even if you're not yet ready to be touched physically and prefer to have us work in your aura. Most of us await nurturance to support the release of heaviness in mind, body, soul, and spirit. We'll guide you in Conscious Breathing -- key to relaxing deeply.

Energy. Therapeutic Touch will be magnified by healing energies...the sharing of vibrational life-enhancing attunements for mind and body...tune-ups for the primary chakras...support for energetic release of tension! It's taken us years to clear our inner channels of mind and body (and we still work at it!) to help you clear yours. Ready?

Words. Maybe you want guided imagery and chakra work? Guidance toward the release of blocked emotions? Rite-of-Passage guided imagery? Useful cleansing and nutritional insights, based on our personal experience? Description of our professional techniques as you feel them - a mentor experience for professionals?
