Km ... if you don't know ... is an herbal tonic developed by Dr. Karl Jurack in the early 1920s. Dr. Jurack was a young Swiss who enjoyed climbing the Alps. One day, his energy mysteriously left him during a steep climb, and he anxiously clung to the side of a cliff until slowly, his energy returned. He mentally affirmed, "This will never happen to me again!" He sought to develop a formulation of energy-supporting herbs. After much experimentation, he developed the formula for what is called "Km." Gave it away for years. It is now sold thru distributors of Matol Botanical, a Canadian company. Its formula remains the same.
I tried it, and immediately felt its energy. Soon I was "hooked." I've been taking it ever since. Km is high on my list of "high energy" secrets! Not many years ago, I was a low-energy person. I'd read about people who increased their energy by changing diets and adding supplements. "I'm going to become one of them," I affirmed to myself! "I want to live another 100 years or so, productively, happily, energetically, and in great health!" That wonderful shift is coming to pass. Nowadays, I enjoy scheduling client sessions one after another throughout the day, from as early as 7 a.m. till 6 p.m., maybe longer. Early mornings from 2 or 3 a.m....when I awaken...are open for creative projects. Evenings are open to lead workshops. My motto: "I shall never do anything I don't really feel like doing!" Yes, I'm a High Energy Person, and I love it!! The way I take Km is to take a swig as though it were mouth wash, and swish in the mouth for up to a couple of minutes before swallowing it. Its oxygen then quickly goes into my brain before the remaining liquid goes into the gastro-intestinal tract. A swig of Km inbetween clients definitely helps keep my energy high throughout the day. It works. Perhaps you won't enjoy the taste at first. (Mix it with juice, then.) That's because it activates pungent, bitter, and astringent taste buds, which are dormant from the Standard American Diet (SAD). The typical diet of most people in the U.S. overplays sweet, salty, and sour tastes, in my opinion. "Hang in there!" Continue with it until it starts to taste good and you don't need to mix it with juice to tolerate the taste. Hang in there, and go through any healing crises that it brings up. Don't blame the Km! It's simply helping your body release toxins that don't belong in it. (It's the release of toxins that may convince you that it tastes bad at first.) You'll soon like it. You can think of a tonic as a nutritional "shot gun." It works gradually to strengthen a host of conditions and prevent an array of potential problems. It doesn't produce the "rifle" effect of a fast-acting medicinal, which may also have counter-indications. I was curious one day years ago to know the attributes of the 14 herbs in Km. I found the information in several reference books on traditional herbology, including The Herb Bible and Back to Eden. Acquire one of these wonderful books, and notice that the herbs in Km have been used for thousands of years. As you review the vitamin, organic mineral, and hormone contents of the herbs...
