    What about Pain?

    Pain Is The Body's Way…

Of telling where energy-activating Chi / Prana / Qi switches are turned off. By eighth grade, most students know that the human body has nine physiological systems - the Circulatory, Digestive, Eliminatory, Endocrine, Immune, Muscular, Nervous, Reproductive, Skeletal. They may not know about the Chi system, which affects all nine.

    The Chi-Based System…

Of Vital Life Force Energy is well known in China, India, Japan, and other Oriental countries. It has been worked with there for about 4,000 years. My intuitive work confirms that Chi-based reflexes have two effects, which we can understand by using the metaphors of a window and a switch.

    A Reflex as a Window:

I was about five years old, when my mother said one day that she was going to wash the windows because the kitchen was getting darker. She asked me to observe whether more light would shine through the newly-washed windows. Indeed! Chi, too, comes from Light, and flows slowly through a dirty window, which is what a reflex is when filled with tension.

    A Reflex as a Switch:

When a family of beavers builds dams on a free-flowing meadow stream, the flow of water slows. Tension in a reflex is like a beaver dam on inner-flowing stream of Prana / Chi / Qi.

    It Wasn't Many Years Ago…

That President Nixon went to China. James Reston, reporter for The New York Times, accompanied him, and reported on an acupuncture treatment that he had there. Needles are put into reflex points to… Clean the windows, and take out the beaver dams! An OM-FREE treatment does the same except that more points can be worked on, I can feel shifting energy patterns as I progress, help you release tension through my own body, and share tension-minimizing ideas for application at home.

    A U.S. Surgeon…

Who performed open-brain surgery several years ago noticed an interesting fluid flowing and ebbing through the encasement around the brain, down through spinal areas and outward to the body. The fluid is called Cerebro-Spinal Fluid, CSF for short. At first it was a mystery. Soon it was understood that CSF conducts Chi / Prana / Qi - the Vital Life Force Energy required by all cells! If the body's reflexes in neck, sacrum, hands, feet, arms, legs, back, and elsewhere are not fully open, CSF and hence Chi cannot move freely back and forth between mind and the body. Restricted flow leads to depression, headaches, lethargy, and a long list of diseases.

    Pain Is the Body's Way…

Of showing where you have dirty windows and beaver dams in the Chi-conducting reflexes of mind and body! When you touch a point, it feels tight and sometimes hurts. Continue to press. The pain goes away as reflexes open!

Tightness and Pain in the Neck…

Are particularly significant, because the neck is the energy gateway between mind and body. A good therapist can tell where you're tight in your body by working on your neck. There are six reflexes on each side of the neck between respective seven cervical vertebrae. When I scan your aura and get a quick impression about where you're locked up, I feel where your tension is melting and leaving your body.

    Upper Neck Pain…

Reflexes to the upper body, and potentially affects the head and chest cavity, including heart, lungs, breasts, chest points, shoulders, arms, wrists, hands, face, head, neck, eyes, ears, nose, mouth… I refer to upper neck reflexes as Mind-Body Switches. If they're blocked, it potentially affects any problem in the upper body, and it also affects the middle and lower bodies, because if the Chi cannot flow freely between the head and upper body, it has difficulty moving into the middle and lower body cavities.

    Middle Neck Pain…

Reflexes to the middle body, and potentially affects organs in the abdomen.

    Lower Neck Pain…

Reflexes to the lower body and potentially affects hips, thighs, upper and lower legs, knees, ankles, feet, and toes.

    There's a Quick Way…

To tell whether one's Mind-Body Switches are fully open: Move your chin up and down. If the chin easily swings high, then low, with minimal resistance and no pain, the important reflexes are wide open. If not, we've found one likely reason that you don't have as much energy as you'd like, or may be developing problems in your upper, middle, and lower body cavities. Will that solve your problem? Let's hope so. Depends on other variables, but that's a great place to start. The Chi / Prana / Qi must flow freely between the head and upper body to move on to the tips of toes!

    A Good Mind / Bodyworker…

Knows where to effectively hold points at the back of the neck, along with up to 97 interconnecting points elsewhere, to open the neck's important reflexive window switches more fully!

    No Pain = No Gain!

While this aphorism is only sometimes true in life, it is almost always true in therapeutic healing. If you've thought pain was an adversary, it may come as a surprise to hear that it's your friend. I always enjoy having a client tell me there's pain as I hold a tight reflex. Not because I'm sadistic, not! But because I want to press on the point where you have an energetic disconnect from Spirit! I want to press just hard enough to help you correct the problem, but not so hard that you don't love and enjoy the process in a profoundly therapeutic way. As we work together, I'll encourage you to tell me how you're doing. Pretty soon, you'll see the pain goes away and you'll feel better!

Hopefully, That's the End of Your Problem!
