    Wellhouse Power Drink


    Story Time:

    Soon after starting my healing journey with Body Electronics, in 1990, Renee Welhouse and Christine Feltus, who lived in the Fox River Valley north of Madison, came to several weekly point-holding sessions at our home. Both have remained dear friends. R.W. has become Dr. Renee Welhouse, N.D., one of the country's pre-eminent naturopaths. She manages The Wellhouse Center near Madison. Over the years, she has shared techniques with me, and taken my Reiki attunement classes. C. F. still lives in Appleton, and brings me to Club West in Neenah for healing facilitations with her clients several times a year. Following is Dr. Welhouse's recipe for an Energizing Power Drink. Gloria and I make one nearly every morning.

    Quantity Food or Nutrient Contains
    1 to 2 heaping tablespoons Tahini Protein and calcium
    1 to 2 very ripe Bananas Potassium, carbohydrates
    1 tablespoon Rice Bran Syrup Silicon for skin, hair, nails
    1 heaping teaspoon combining Bee Pollen, Propolis, Royal Jelly High in B vitamins, pantothenic acid. Good for anti-aging, longevity
    1 heaping teaspoon WHEX or Health-a-Whey (cow whey) High in sodium for gastro-intestinal function, feeds acidophilus in colon, keeps calcium in solution. Goat whey is superior to cow whey, has higher sodium content
    1 teaspoon Psyllium Seeds Fiber assists proper bowel elimination
    1 tablespoon Chlorophyll Blood purifier
    1 tablespoon Cherry Juice Concentrate (Knudson) Chlorophyll and cherry juice together provide a good source of iron
    10 to 12 oz. Grape or any other juice except citrus (orange or grapefruit)
    4 - 6 tablespoons fresh Flax Seeds High in fiber and essential fatty acids

    Blend ingredients in blender. Serves 1 or 2 persons. Substitutions:
    Fresh goat's milk, soy milk or yogurt in place of fruit and juice.
    Ideas: Add Wheat Grass Powder, Spirulina, Black Strap Molasses,
    Calcium-Magnesium powder, Brewers Yeast, Olive Oil
    ...

    Be creative. Make your own combinations.
