Nutrition can be confusing, because there are thousands of products. Points of view change constantly. I think…
- Support for natural healing should start with a good supplemental program. As Dr. Ray said, good supplements only comprise 10 per cent of your healing program, but it's the foundation. I've found that clients who neglect good nutrition and cleansing go nowhere fast. Those who supplement and cleanse usually make amazing progress.
- It's important to take all counsel, including this, with a proverbial grain of salt. Do your own study.
- I choose to take a broad-based nutritional supplement that covers many essentials at once rather than 100 different pills.
- It's important to cover all categories of nutritional essentials, especially those most people are deficient in.
- The formulation must be by someone who does superb research and has an impeccable reputation.
- It may first support releasing of toxins so I take a supplement for two or three months before evaluating its effects on my energy.
- I then expect my body to say, "Yes" - I feel stronger within a minute of taking it, weaker when I miss taking it.
- It should be relatively easy to take. The product that has all nutrients listed below is in capsules. If you prefer a product in liquid form - in aside from Km -- please ask.
- I don't take supplements one day a week, give my body a break.

1) Digestive Enzymes: You Are What You Assimilate, Not What You Eat.
Amylase - 10 mg.
Supports Assimilation of Carbohydrates.
Cellulase - 10 mg.
Supports Assimilation of Fiber.

Ox Bile - 50 mg.
Supports Absorption of Nutrients. Bile, produced in the liver & stored in the gallbladder, is the primary enzyme that supports fat digestion. It also supports oral assimilation of vitamin E -- a fat-soluble vitamin like A, D & K. Improper fat digestion may contribute to many diseases. As we age, the liver produces less bile & secretes more cholesterol, making it harder to digest fats & tending to form gallstones.
Pancreatin (from porcine) - 50 mg.
Transports Nutrients. Combines with ox bile to form an effective protein-digesting enzyme.
Protease - 10 mg.
Supports Assimilation of Proteins.

Betaine Hydrochloride (HCL) - 20 mg.
Supports Nutrient Absorption. HCL strengthens enzyme function. Stomach digestion takes place at a pH (hydrogen potential) of about 1.8 to 3, very acidic. When food enters the small intestine, digestion continues in an alkaline environment at a pH of 6.8 to 9. When acidic food leaves stomach & enters small intestine, the pancreas dumps alkalizing bicarbonate to neutralize stomach acid. Stress, alcohol, drugs, sugar, refined foods can lead to pancreas' inability to produce acid-neutralizing bicarbonates & enzymes. Problems: Ulcers & low amino acids that decrease the body's ability to make hormones, body tissues, antibodies, more enzymes. Ginkgo Biloba Extract (from leaf) - 10 mg.
Brain, Circulation. One of the best researched, most widely used of all brain-related dietary supplements. Has neuro-protective properties & flavonoids that scavenge free radicals. Tocotrienols (from rice bran oil) - 20 mg.
Cholesterol, Heart. Vitamin E factors, removed in refining of vegetable cooking oils. Like other healthy oils, they lower LDL cholesterol (bad form) & raise HDL (good).
