Biography
OMAR! (Howard C Nelson), graduate of Columbia Univ. in 1962, has led workshops for thousands while serving clients since 1976. His health was challenged with hay fever since the mid-1950's; viral pneumonia for several years in his 40's and spinal scoliosis with chronic lower back pain since high school in the 1950's. By the early 1980's, he began to focus on holistic health practices, inner transformation and facilitative healing, teaching, and mentoring, using Mind-Body-Spirit approaches. Whether working in private sessions or in workshops, he seeks to share Natural Healing Gifts by helping people quickly release large amounts of mind/body tensions, which are channeled out with releasing sounds through his body.
