What's OM-FREE Touch Therapy
Up to 45 modalities or systems may be integrated into an OM-FREE session, depending on your intention, level selected, and how long a session is scheduled. Fourth group:
- NLP: Neuro Linguistic Programming teaches how to move the eyes in certain ways. It is useful to bring into consciousness forgotten visual, auditory and kinesthetic memories that, when cleared, help improve one's life. I use NLP-type integrations to teach the eye to weave up and down, between Spiritual and physical perspectives, while holding an image, memory or thought of something you want cleared. The idea is to release judgment and duality, which hold stagnation. I also teach clients how to overlay an idealized version onto a dysfunctional image, memory, thought, and feeling record. - NMR: Similar to EMDR -- Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing -- in that I weave my hands as your eyes follow so we can find and clear mental tensions that you hold relating to stressors. Neuro Mental Release adds the aspect of OM-FREE's quick releasing of tension! When my hands and your eyes are in some place, I may feel tension flooding out in fast release, and I know that I'm supposed to stay there as you find a related image, memory, and feeling record. You hear releasing sounds as you say goodbye to the causes of dysfunction. By not resisting stress-related feelings and memories, you practice Unconditional Love! - Nutritional Preparation: Preparing nutritionally is foundational support for any healing program in that it strengthens your cells so they can release and maintain the release of toxins and dense energies. As Dr. Ray used to say, nutritional supplements may only account for 10 per cent of the healing program but without them, the rest of the healing program may crumble. - OM-FREE=HOME FREE Tension Release: In 1994, 13 years after starting my path as a facilitative healer, I received a huge gift. - Polarity: The mind / body energy system has electro-magnetic poles, as the earth has north and south poles and grid lines that connect them. Free-flowing Chi / Prana / Qi runs between respective poles. When stressor energies are resisted, they become internal energy blocks that slow the flow of energies in a complex polar system, like a series of road blocks on a busy highway. Working with OM-FREE, your energy blocks melt as I place my hands over varying poles on your head and body. You'll see, it's like jump starting your batteries! - Radical Therapy: My path as a facilitative healer began in the late 1970's at two Memorial Day Weekend conferences at Ledges State Park, near Ames, Iowa. Claude Steiner brought a Bay Area version of R.T. to the Midwest. Rich programming included contact improvisation, amazing counseling by Virginia Satir, massage, rebirthing, a womb room experience… For me, it was Heaven on Earth. My cells taught me how much more I could enjoy life! The premise of R.T. is that by enriching environmental and cultural experiences, people's mental health will improve. I bought it! - Rapport: A good therapist connects with another Perfect Being as though he / she were an extension of Oneself. Each of us is caught in a webbing of duality. As we touch the root of suffering that all share, and give ourselves permission to really feel what we feel, we rise to the liberating Light of Universality. In playing the role of a neutral liberator, the therapist feels him /herself equal, no better, no worse than anyone. He does not attach to another's personal dramas, or get sucked into illusions of the physical. It is our desire to reside in perfect empty space, where we release the illusion that something is imperfect. I seek to understand what you remember, feel what you feel. Without judgment. The problem, crisis, or challenge is Spiritually perfect exactly as it is. Nothing needs to be changed. Once Accepted in Free, Perfect Spirit, Spirit Frees whatever is dysfunctional! - Rebirthing: Up to 50 people, maybe more, partner up in a large room. Half lie on the floor and begin to breathe in a certain deep way as respective partners support them. Soon the room fills with sounds of releasing emotion, and manifestations of amazing therapeutic processes. First here, then there, then in 25, 35 spaces! After awhile, it is the nurturers' turn to be supported, as roles reverse. I have experienced and facilitated many rebirthing sessions over the years. Thank You Radical Therapy!
- Reflexology: A reflex is two things -- a window through which Energy-from-Light flows into Mind and Body to recharge energetic systems. Second, it is a control switch that affects inner-flowing streams of the same Energy through energy pathways, meridians, or wave recharge systems, as I call them. Reflexes attract and collect tension because they are in recessive nook and valley-like points. Sometimes the resistance crystallizes. Reflexology is acupressure done mostly with a practitioner's fingers, to support the melting of tension. It's like cleaning windows and repairing switches. Conventional reflexology is applied briefly to dysfunctional points. In Body Electronics, we stay longer, as needed to correct a dysfunction. At first, it seems to require lots of patience to do this work. Soon it feels so good, it's easy to get addicted, because… Once we stop resisting pain, the pain goes away - suffering and dysfunction, too! I wish everyone could experience this liberating process! - Reiki: In the late 1800's, a Japanese man named Mikao Usui wondered why modern-day Spiritual leaders didn't heal as Jesus and Buddha had. He began a quest that lasted for many years as he sought to become a healer in ancient ways. After meditating, fasting, and praying atop Mount Kuri Yama for 21 days, he was struck with a light in the middle of his forehead. He had a Transcendent, Peak and Totally Transformational Experience! Descending from the mountain, he began to heal himself and other people! The Reiki Attunement that he received is passed on through all-day attunements by Reiki Masters who are attuned in his lineage.
