You and I Are Spiritually Perfect!An interpretation of the Course in Miracles and Body ElectronicsIt Is, Perhaps, a Universal Experience…Among all humans that when, on our lives' pathways, we have experiences, images, memories, thoughts and feelings that our minds reject because they appear to be in imperfect harmony with what we think we want… Our Rightful Response Is to Resist Them.It seems obvious that resistance will minimize or stop what we resist. In the physical dimension, that usually works. Pushing away an intruder most often protects us physically. Our physical nature wants no part of experiences that our minds believe would bring us displeasure or discomfort. Problem Is, We Are Not Primarily…Physical beings but Energetic / Spiritual ones. Energies and feelings represent the real power that moves physicality. When we mentally resist invasive energies, We Create More of What We Resist! Oh oh! Expensive strategies to repel terrorists, criminals, drug lords or whatever may not work well, because… When we resist Energy, we convert it from a free-flowing Love-based state, because we're convinced that it is unworthy of love. Resistance transfers that energy from outside us to inside us - and in densified or packed form inside our minds and bodies. Examples: After veterans return from war, we're filled with large amounts of densified stressor/tension energies, and exhibit Post-Traumatic Stress Syndrome. What had been free-flowing energy outside us becomes stagnant, blocked energy inside us, and it separates us from cosmic Love and healing power. I think it's important that we citizens of the Great U.S.A. learn this principle quickly, or we may bankrupt our country trying to buy insurance against all possible physical threats, which is impossible! In principle, it good to embrace democratic principles, but if the majority of a country - or even our country -- doesn't understand the Spiritual / physical duality, there's a risk that the democracy will bankrupt itself. We may lose what we're trying to save by paying the price for whole world democracy. That won't work. It Is Love and Only Love…That has the power to break our shackles and chains! It Is Love and Only Love that has the power to set us free! As we practice unconditional LOVE by defining as perfect images, memories, experiences and feelings that in the physical are obviously imperfect, the tensions that we created inside our own minds and bodies convert back into free-flowing energy. Then they can flow right out again! For us to experience healing, we may need to go through a few temporary discomforts while we're healing. That's called the healing crisis. It's like a disruptive storm, which may not be pleasant to go through, but it will usually set the stage for good weather to follow! Our Spiritual Gifts Are Numerous:Our Physicality: I enjoy my physical body. Do you yours? Our Spirituality: Our creation in perfect Spirit provides us the potential for perfect energy patterns and perfect recharging potential! Our Free Will -- We can choose in each of life's circumstances whether to identify with our physicality or our Oneness with Spirit! Natural Law: When we tire of feeling pain, tightness and dysfunction from tightness that we created by identifying with our physicality, we can learn to "flip a mental switch" to Unconditional Love, and the tightness melts. Pain: Without it, we wouldn't know whether we were on our Spiritual path, through which we claim our freedom to "love it all!" By feeling pain in loving non-resistance, we free ourselves from physicality so we don't miss out on the Amazing Spiritual Journey of our Life! The Opportunity to Examine Ourselves by exploring cellular memories through the gift of mind / bodywork! Time Is an Illusion: There is no deadline, no end time by which we must release heaviness and pain of our past physically-based choices. Any moment is the right moment! We will heal when we are ready to. Love Is the Sister of Light. Love and Light are the only real and lasting powers in the Universe! When we invest in Light and Love, healing inevitably follows. Do we want it now or later? Each person decides. 'On Earth As in Heaven.' We may choose Liberation Now. I don't choose to wait for a Second Coming, or any coming. It's Now for me! Tribulation, Pain, Sorrow and Suffering become more insistent as we grow older chronologically. The upward path grows steeper as our years pass. Is this, too, in Divine Order? At first, suffering gently nudges us. Gradually, it insists that we remember who we are -- Daughters and Sons of God / Goddess Creator, who manifests as Perfect Spirit! No one can take this from us, but each of us must claim it! All Things Bright and Beautiful become manifest as we pursue harmony with Creator's Natural Law to bring in perfect Peace of Mind, Power, Joy, Love, Enthusiasm, Abundance, Right Relationship, Creativity, Intuition, Enthusiasm, and… What Does Your Heart Desire? |
